Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, with a tracking number.

Delivery times
- United States: 5–8 business days after shipping.
- International: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. International orders generally take longer than US orders.

Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change it.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order shows delivered but you haven't received it, email rahat.avero1@averoshopco.com and we'll help resolve it.
