How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We ship to the US and most countries worldwide. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.
