Refund policy

30-Day Returns
We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return
Email us at rahat.avero1@averoshopco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return the original and place a new order.

Gift cards and items marked final sale.
